What we supply
01 · Electro-hydraulic, Hafa Belgium
They bridge the gap between the truck bed and the dock so a forklift or pallet truck can cross. Which one you need depends on the load, the way you load and how many trucks come through, so it is sized for your bay rather than picked out of a catalogue.
02 · Industrial and garage, Alpha Deuren
The door lifts and parks under the ceiling, so it takes no room either inside or outside. It works in supermarkets, distribution centres, warehouses and production halls, and the same system in a smaller size fits a private garage.
03 · Sealing the bay against the weather
They seal the gap between the truck and the building opening. They stop draughts, dust and rain, and in winter they keep the heat inside. In a cold store this is the difference between a cold chain that holds and one that leaks.
04 · And smoke-sealed steel doors
Steel doors for industrial premises, with a fire-resistance rating and smoke sealing. Alongside them we supply automatic barriers and operators for gates and industrial doors.
The Hafa range
The load, how many trucks a day, and how much the bed heights vary. From there the choice is between Swinglip and Telescopic lip, and the size follows from the bay. The whole range is here, with the numbers that decide it.
A platform whose lip swings forward and rests on the truck bed. The common answer for a bay that sees the same kind of vehicle every day.
Hydraulic, S355 throughout, built for high-frequency loading. Fewer parts means fewer failures and cheaper upkeep.
The Autodock version: the same platform in the wide frames, for bays where shelter, door and leveler share one opening.
Manual, with a gas spring — one person lifts and swings it. For fleets whose beds are all the same height.
Heavy-duty, 10 tonnes. The bent lip keeps clear of the ground where the height difference is large.
The strongest swinglip: 15 tonnes on a 10/12 mm platform. For plants with heavy, uneven loads.
The lip slides out like a drawer. You use the full length of the bed and the contact area is larger and safer.
The standard Teledock. A 500 or 1000 mm lip, steel or aluminium, depending on how far into the bed it has to reach.
The Autodock version for the wide frames. It absorbs the movement of the bed while the forklift crosses.
The platform sits behind the insulated door. The truck docks with its rear doors shut, the shelter seals, and only then does the door open — the cold stays in.
Stepdock in an Autodock frame. Same order of work — seal first, open second.
One bay for lorries and vans. Flip the switch to “small lorries”, the lip retracts and the platform changes its down-force — instead of building a second dock.
The heavy-duty telescopic pair: 10 and 15 tonnes, with an extended lip for a larger, safer contact area.
The seal between truck and opening. The inflatable ones close tight and belong where temperature is part of the goods.
An inflatable shelter that swells around the docked truck. It retracts when idle and leaves the driver the full width of the bay.
Inflatable, with a top roller seal that follows the truck as it settles during unloading.
Curtains on a steel frame. The front curtains are held by steel balls, so on impact the fabric moves instead of tearing.
The same on an aluminium frame: lighter, with built-in springs for when a truck comes in crooked.
The widest range of sizes, with a self-adjusting top section for vehicles of different heights.
Locking the wheel. The trailer cannot pull away before loading is done — and the leveler control panel stays dead until the wheel is held.
The manual system. On approach it doubles as a parking guide, which spares the shelter and the leveler from a crooked truck.
Automatic, with a round arm that traps the wheel. The door opens only when the restraint is engaged, and the arm retracts only once the door is shut.
The dock moves outside the building: leveler, shelter and door in one structure. No concrete pit, so cheaper construction and floor space kept inside.
The light version, with third-party certified structural calculations — easier to get through building control.
The heavy-duty version for snowier regions, with insulated or plain cladding.
An insulated Loadhouse with washable surfaces and a smooth ceiling — for food stores and temperature-controlled work.
The small parts that protect the big ones: buffers, lighting and guidance on the way in.
Buffers that take the impact of docking. RB is the fixed rubber one; EBH and EBF suit bays with big height differences or beds that sink a lot under load.
A dock light in cast aluminium with a polycarbonate lens — it does not shatter and it does not mind a jet of water.
Guidance by light instead of painted lines: white lights lead the driver, and the red signal sits below the door, where he is already looking. Nothing to repaint, and it shows through snow.
One panel for leveler, shelter and door. A few buttons instead of three separate control boxes and the wiring between them.
Every Hafa product complies with EN 1398. If you are not sure which model fits, tell us the load, the number of trucks a day and the dimensions of the bay — that is what turns into a specific model, not a catalogue.
For the builder
A dock leveler drops into a concrete pit and cannot adapt to it. The depth, the dowels and the conduit are the builder's work, months before we set foot on site. Pick the size and see what has to be left in the concrete.
The dowels along both long edges sit at 250, 650, 1,450, 2,700 mm from the front edge, plus six on the rear wall. Inside the building allow 3,000 mm, because trucks with a tail lift need the extra room.
These figures are for the Teledock 60 kN, type T200, in the tail-lift version. For another model or another capacity, send an enquiry and you get its own. If your engineer wants the manufacturer's own sheet, ask us for it.
The loads the structure around the pit has to take.
Send us the opening and dock dimensions before the formwork goes up. Checking them costs nothing and takes a day.
What we do
We also work on equipment we did not supply. On the first visit we tell you what is worth repairing and what is cheaper to replace, instead of letting you find out on the third invoice.

What we do is supply and install industrial and garage sectional doors, electro-hydraulic dock levelers and dock shelters, fire-rated and smoke-sealed steel doors, automatic barriers and gate operators.
We fit out whole terminals in new warehouses and production halls, replace existing equipment and service what is already running. You can hand us the whole site or only the part that is giving you trouble.

Six dimensions are enough to price the door. The drawing beside them shows what is what. If you are missing a dimension, leave it blank and we settle it on the site visit.
and the door opens. The leaf parks inside the lintel — that is why we ask for dimension A: without it the door has nowhere to go.
Yes. We repair and service levelers, doors and shelters whoever installed them. On the first visit we say plainly what is worth repairing and what is cheaper to replace.
It depends on the site and on the day. Call 088 506 5230 and you get a time on the phone, not after a site visit. A dead bay costs money every hour, so we do not draw it out.
Three things decide it: the load, the way you load and how many trucks a day. Send us those along with the opening sizes and you get a specific model, not a catalogue.
Clear width and height of the opening, the lintel above it, the left and right side room, and the depth of the building. The form below asks for them one by one and the drawing next to it shows what is what.
The pit is exactly as long as the platform and 60 mm wider, 600 mm deep up to 3 metres of length and 800 mm beyond that. It holds the dowels and a conduit for the wiring, and the floor falls 1 % towards the opening. Yes. The same system as the industrial one, only in another size, with panels in a range of colours and finishes. The operator and remote are part of the quote.
It depends on the manufacturer and the type of equipment, and it is written into the contract before installation. We work with Hafa and Alpha Deuren, whose warranty terms apply in Bulgaria too.
